Is shipping free? Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200 delivered within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories may incur additional freight charges — please contact us before ordering.

When will my order arrive? Orders may be shipped on the same business day or within 1-2 days, depending on the brand. Occasionally, unexpected delays could cause longer shipping times. On average, delivery takes 4–7 days, but the product page will indicate if longer wait times are expected. We strive to offer the fastest processing and shipping, along with the best customer service.

What if my item is damaged? Upon receiving your order, inspect the packaging. If there is any visible damage, even to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you can't open the package but suspect damage, note "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Please send photos of any damaged items to support@solteraliving.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I place an order? To place an order, select your product and click "Add to Cart." Then proceed to checkout by entering your billing and shipping details. You can also place an order by calling us at 855-599-2986, and we’ll send you an immediate order confirmation.

How will I know when my order has shipped? You’ll receive an email confirming the authorization of your payment and the shipping/billing details once your order is placed. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with tracking information. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within one business day by phone or email.

Will I receive an order confirmation email? Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation email for every purchase. We recommend printing and saving it for your records. To ensure you get the confirmation, double-check that your email address is correct.

Do you charge sales tax? Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable state tax laws. The tax amount (if any) will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed? Yes, you can make changes to your order for free by emailing us at support@solteraliving.com. If there’s a price difference, it will be charged to your card or you will receive an updated invoice. Changes can only be made before shipment.
