What should I do if my order is damaged upon arrival? Upon receiving your item(s), inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, even if it's only to the box, make sure to note it when signing for delivery. If you're unable to open the package but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
