Returns
For ALEKO (gates, carports, pergolas, awnings & cold plunge tubs), customers have 30 days to return an item, subject to a 20% restocking fee (waived if the item is damaged or defective). Buyer pays return shipping for remorse returns, while the seller covers shipping for defects. Refunds are processed in 2-5 days plus up to 7 days for the bank to post it. Ground shipping is free, but oversized items ship LTL freight with delivery in 7-20 business days.

Warranty Exclusions
