Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return window on all eligible orders. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to initiate a return: Email us at support@solteraliving.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Defective or damaged items: If your item is defective or non-functional for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items: Certain items may not be eligible for return. Any exclusions will be noted on the product page.
