Shipping
Most orders are processed within 12-24 hours. Orders can be shipped from Monday to Friday! Orders are not shipped on holidays or weekends. Some shipping and delivery delays can occasionally occur. Typical packages arrive in 3-5 business days.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns, although this fee is waived for damaged or defective products. For remorse returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, while ALEKO covers return shipping for defective items. Refunds typically take 2–5 days for processing, followed by up to 7 days for the bank to post the refund. Shipping is free for ground shipping, while LTL freight applies to oversized items and may take 7–20 business days.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, commercial use, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow installation and operating instructions. The 220–240V Harvia heater requires professional hardwired installation by a qualified electrician to ensure safe operation and maintain warranty coverage.
