Description
The ALEKO AC1800ACC Sliding Gate Opener Accessory Kit is designed to automate heavy-duty sliding gates for residential and commercial applications. It features a 120V AC, 3/4 HP equivalent single-phase motor that provides strong starting torque and continuous operation.
The chain-driven system supports sliding gates weighing up to 1,800 lbs. or measuring up to 40 ft. in length. The kit includes a 20 ft. chain, making it suitable for many standard sliding gate installations. Additional chain can be added for longer gates.
For convenient operation, the opener includes a built-in radio receiver and two remote controls. User-programmable and erasable remote codes, along with RF hopping-code technology, help protect the system from unauthorized remote access.
The opener also features adjustable automatic closing, pedestrian mode, manual emergency release, and stop/reverse protection when an obstruction is detected. A built-in 90-second maximum motor running-time limit provides an additional safety measure.
