Description
The ALEKO AC2000NOR Sliding Gate Opener Starter Kit is a heavy-duty, chain-driven automatic gate opener designed for residential, commercial, and other sliding gate applications. It features a 120V AC, 2 HP equivalent single-phase motor that provides strong starting torque and continuous operation.
The opener can operate sliding gates weighing up to 2,600 lbs. and measuring up to 59 ft. in length. A 20-ft. chain and chain mounting hardware are included, while additional chain can be added for gates longer than 20 ft.
For convenient access, the system includes a built-in radio receiver and two remote controls. Remote codes can be programmed and erased by the user, while RF hopping-code technology helps prevent unauthorized access to the remote signal.
The opener also features an auto-close function, pedestrian mode, manual emergency release, and obstruction protection. It stops and reverses when an obstruction is detected while closing and stops when an obstruction is detected while opening. The motor and drive system are immersed in lubricating oil to help reduce operating noise and extend transmission life.
