Its powerful 2 HP equivalent, 120V AC single-phase motor provides reliable operation for gates weighing up to 3,400 lbs. or measuring up to 40 ft. in length.
The opener is designed for easy installation and includes a built-in radio receiver and two remote controls for convenient wireless operation. User-programmable and erasable remote codes, combined with RF hopping-code technology, help prevent unauthorized access to the gate.
Additional features include adjustable automatic closing, pedestrian mode, manual emergency release, and stop/reverse protection when an obstruction is detected. The system also includes a built-in 90-second maximum motor running-time protection for added safety.
