Description
The ALEKO AR1400ACC Sliding Gate Opener Accessory Kit is designed to automate heavy-duty sliding gates for residential, commercial, and other applications. It features a 120V AC single-phase motor with 1.5 HP equivalent power, providing strong starting torque and continuous operation.
The gear-rack-driven opener supports sliding gates up to 1,400 lbs. and up to 55 ft. in length. Its aluminum alloy chassis is corrosion resistant and lightweight, making the unit easier for one person to carry and install.
The system features a built-in radio receiver that supports up to 100 remote controls. User-programmable and erasable remote codes, along with RF hopping-code technology, help provide secure wireless access.
Additional convenience and safety features include automatic closing, pedestrian mode, manual emergency release, and obstruction detection. The opener stops and reverses when an obstruction is detected while closing and stops when an obstruction is detected while opening.
