The ALEKO AR1800ACC Sliding Gate Opener Accessory Kit is designed to automate heavy-duty sliding gates weighing up to 1,800 lbs. and measuring up to 40 ft. in length. It features a 120V AC motor with a 3/4 HP equivalent, providing strong torque and continuous operation for a variety of residential and commercial applications.
The gear-rack-driven system includes 13 ft. of gear rack, with additional rack sections available separately for gates longer than 13 ft. Its easy-to-install design includes soft start and soft stop operation, midway mode, adjustable chain tension, and reliable electromagnetic limit switches for precise gate positioning.
Safety and convenience features include rolling-code technology, an emergency release key for power failures, stop/reverse protection when an obstruction is detected, and an adjustable automatic close function. The built-in motor running time protection provides an additional layer of safety during operation.
