Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee applies. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Soltera Living covers return shipping and does not charge a restocking fee, with the option of a replacement or full refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–8 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
