Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is covered and you’ll receive a replacement or full refund, including shipping. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused in original packaging, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping; refunds exclude original shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection, though bank processing may take longer. A restocking fee may apply in some cases.

Warranty Exclusions:
- Does not cover damage caused by improper installation
- Excludes misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or neglect
- Does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance or failure to follow the user manual is not covered
