Shipping
We provide ebike shipping via FedEx Ground delivery. However, there will be a delivery fee for accessories. Shipping for bikes may vary depending on the shipping address. Bikes will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and may take anywhere from 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on FedEx.
Returns
For VeloWave e-bikes, customers have 14 days to return: new/unused bikes must have 0 miles on the odometer, while used bikes are accepted only under 20 miles. New/unused bikes have a flat $240 return-shipping charge with no restocking fee; used bikes (under 20 miles) are charged return shipping plus a 55% restocking fee. Accessories have their own flat return-shipping fees — $15 for standard items or $45 for wheels/batteries/motors — with no restocking fee either way. The buyer pays return shipping (deducted from the refund as noted above), unless the return is due to VeloWave's shipping error or an approved missing-part/wrong-item case, in which case it's waived. Refunds are issued 7 business days after warehouse inspection confirms the item's condition. Shipping is free on e-bikes; accessories ship for $8, or free over $120. Order cancellation is only accepted within 90 minutes of purchase, and even then a 2.5% payment-processing fee may be withheld.

Velowave includes a 2 year Manufacturer Warranty with the Velowave Brawny XM MTB Mountain Electric Bike
The warranty includes:
- 2-Year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
- Coverage for the integrated chiller and factory-installed components
- Free replacement parts for eligible warranty claims
- Online technical support and customer assistance
- Repair or replacement for approved manufacturing defects
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, accidents, commercial use (unless specified), or normal wear and tear. To initiate a warranty claim, customers should contact us with their order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.
